Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of roseandbloom.co.uk and any orders or services provided by Rose & Bloom Florists Ltd (company operating in England and Wales). By placing an order or commissioning services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. If you have questions contact [email protected] or call +44 20 7123 4567.
Ordering, quotes and confirmation
Orders placed through our website, by phone or email are subject to availability and acceptance by Rose & Bloom Florists Ltd. For bespoke services (weddings, events, installations) we provide written proposals that set out the scope, pricing, and any required deposit. A booking is confirmed only when we receive the specified deposit and we provide a booking confirmation. For product orders we will send an order confirmation by email. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We aim to keep the website accurate but occasionally items may be out of stock or prices change; we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or the option to cancel if significant changes occur.
Payment and security
Payment for product orders and services is due at the time and in the manner specified in the proposal or online checkout. We accept major card payments via our payment provider; card details are processed securely by the third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers. For event bookings a non-refundable deposit is generally required to secure the date; the balance and any additional fees are due as set out in the contract. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a payment dispute arises we will work with you and the payment provider to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable rules.
Delivery, installation and acceptance
Delivery timelines are provided on order confirmation or in proposals. For same-day product deliveries within central London we aim to deliver within a specified window; please contact the studio for urgent or timed deliveries. For events and installations we will agree on arrival and installation times; our team coordinates with venue staff for access, parking and any technical requirements. You or a nominated recipient should inspect product deliveries on arrival and notify us of any visible damage within 24 hours to allow assessment and remediation. For event installations acceptance is governed by the terms in the written proposal; any defects or issues must be reported promptly so we can address them in line with the agreed plan.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
For product orders you may cancel in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable; for personalised or perishable items the right to cancel may be limited. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately; cancellations may incur a fee where processing or sourcing has begun. For wedding and event bookings cancellation terms are set out in the proposal; many bookings require a non-refundable deposit and may incur cancellation charges based on timing and costs already incurred. In the rare event of faulty or incorrect products, please notify the studio within 24 hours and we will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund. Returns of perishable goods are generally not accepted for hygiene reasons unless a quality issue is demonstrated and reported promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law Rose & Bloom Florists Ltd's liability for losses arising from our performance under these terms is limited. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill). Our total aggregate liability for direct losses resulting from negligence or breach of contract will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services or goods in respect of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. We recommend that for high-value events appropriate insurance is arranged by the client to cover broader risks associated with an event.
