Our studio team in central London is available to discuss requirements, provide estimates and arrange consultations either in person or by video call. For urgent order queries the fastest option is to call our studio during opening hours. For detailed requests such as weddings or larger installations, please use the form below and include as much information as possible: event date, venue, expected guest numbers and a brief description of the style you are looking for. When you submit a detailed brief we will allocate it to a member of our events team who will review availability and follow up within two business days. Visit our studio
Our studio and consultation space is located in Mayfair, accessible by public transport and short taxi rides from central London. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday and can be scheduled outside these hours by arrangement for weddings or corporate clients with limited availability. Visiting the studio allows you to see seasonal samples, compare palettes and discuss mechanics and logistics in person. We keep an archive of past schemes and seasonal samples to help clients visualise options. If you are planning a large installation we recommend bringing venue floor plans and reference images to make the consultation most productive. For workshop bookings and small-group sessions our studio also hosts seasonal classes — please check the services page for dates and availability.

Delivery & urgent enquiries
For same-day deliveries placed before 2pm within central London call the studio to confirm availability and delivery windows. Our drivers use secure, temperature-attentive packaging to protect blooms. If a delivery is time-sensitive please indicate this in your message and include the delivery address and any access instructions. For event-day urgent requests we will advise on the best course of action depending on availability and traffic conditions. We keep contingency stock for critical items where possible and will communicate options clearly so clients can make informed decisions under time pressure.
